Property Status
LIMS tracks the lifecycle of a property. The Property State field indicates where the property is in its lifecycle. Property States are determined by certain predetermined criteria.
ARCHIVED The property has reached end-of-life due to a consolidation, excision, subdivided with no remaining extent, re-layout, or another legitimate reason.
CURRENT The property has been registered and valued.
DELETED The property was created in error and subsequently deleted.
PROCLAIMED The property has never been registered. In most cases these properties will not have been valued yet. In some exceptional cases some of them may have been valued.
REGISTERED The property has been transferred and registered at the Deeds Office. It has not been valued yet.
TOWNSHIP TITLE The property was transferred as a township title. No Certificate of Registered Title exists (not applicable in the Cape)
